Escalation in Kharkiv: Civilian Casualties Rise Amid Continued Russia-Ukraine Clashes

Since October 2024, the war between Russia and Ukraine has been very hot, with serious confrontations. Recent Russian strikes have targeted civilian infrastructure in this region. Such continuous bombardments in this region have caused a large number of injuries and casualties. A recent example was the attack that injured 21 people, after Russia stepped up its bombardment of Ukrainian cities​

Such strikes have not only created immediate humanitarian distress but also disrupted basic services and vital infrastructure, exacerbating further the hardship to which civilians were subjected.

The general conflict is still very intense, with both parties performing strategic actions on several fronts. Ukraine has been hitting Russian military warehouses and other facilities in recent weeks using drones and missiles​
